Baking & Patisserie Art

Baking & Patisserie Art program is a 9-month program which includes theory, cooking demonstration, individual practice, and challenges. Students are trained to be innovative and creative chefs. Cooking experience is not prioritized in order to join the program because Tristar Institute Batu provides students with basic knowledge of cooking, knowledge of cooking preparation, cooking techniques and serving techniques based on the current trends and industry’s demands.
